Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 17, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Smart Casino Solutions Ltd. (“we”, “us”) collects and uses personal data when you visit craftlabel.io (the “Website”) or send us a request through it. The Website is intended for business operators interested in our white-label casino services. It is not directed at players, at persons under 18, or at residents of jurisdictions where such services are prohibited.

Who we are

The controller of your personal data is Smart Casino Solutions Ltd., Anjouan IBC No. 16210, Hamchako, Mutsamudu, The Autonomous Island of Anjouan, Union of Comoros. For any question about this policy or your data, email us at sales@craftlabel.io.

What data we collect

When you send a request through the form on the Website, we collect:

  • your email address, name and phone number;
  • your company name and message, if you provide them;
  • the package and billing term you selected, and which button on the page led you to the form;
  • the date and time of the request, the page it was sent from, your IP address and browser details;
  • how you reached the Website: the campaign tags (UTM parameters) of the link you followed, the website you came from and the first page you opened. Your browser keeps them in session storage only for the current visit — they are cleared when you close the tab.

When you simply browse the Website, our hosting provider records standard technical data in server logs, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you open. We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. If you click “Book a call” or “Pick a time”, a booking window provided by Calendly opens; Calendly may set its own cookies there, under its own privacy policy. WordPress may set technical cookies only for our own staff when they sign in to manage the Website.

How and why we use it

  • To answer your request — to contact you, book a discovery call, prepare a proposal and the White-Label Agreement. This is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract.
  • To run our business relationship — to follow up on your request and keep a record of our communication. This is based on our legitimate interest in developing our business.
  • To keep the Website secure — to detect spam and abuse, for example by limiting how often requests can be sent from one IP address. This is based on our legitimate interest in protecting the Website.

By ticking the consent box you confirm that you have read this policy. We do not sell your personal data and do not use it for automated decision-making.

Who receives your data

  • Our sales and onboarding team, who handle your request.
  • Service providers who help us operate: our hosting provider, which stores the Website and its database; email services that deliver request notifications to our team; and Telegram, which we use to notify our team about new requests.
  • Calendly, which we use to schedule calls, if you choose to book one: the booking window receives your name, email address, the details from your request and the campaign tags of your visit.
  • Google, which serves the fonts used on the Website: your browser requests them directly from Google’s servers, which receive your IP address.
  • Authorities, where we are required to disclose data by law.

Some of these providers process data outside your country. Where this happens, we rely on the safeguards they offer and share only what is needed for the task.

How long we keep it

We keep request data for as long as we need it to handle your request and for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless we enter into a contract with you — in that case the data becomes part of our client records and is kept for as long as the law requires. Server logs are kept by our hosting provider for a limited period and then deleted.

How we protect it

Requests are stored in the Website’s administration area, which only authorised staff can access. We limit access to the people who need the data for their work and protect our accounts and systems with appropriate technical and organisational measures.

Your rights

Subject to the law that applies to you, you can ask us to:

  • tell you what personal data we hold about you and give you a copy;
  • correct inaccurate data;
  • delete your data or restrict how we use it;
  • stop using your data where we rely on our legitimate interests;
  • transfer your data to you or another company in a common format.

To exercise any of these rights, email sales@craftlabel.io. We will reply within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection authority in your country.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our services or the law change. The current version is always published on this page, with the date of the last update at the top.
